The unique site is located along the Brisbane River in a leafy and affluent suburb of Graceville.&nbsp;Comprising of three&nbsp;new&nbsp;ILA buildings surrounding two heritage-listed buildings, Verney house and stables. This development offers 101 large Independent Living Apartments along with 10 Care Suites. It will allow the residents to age in place and for a continuum of care to be provided on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the abundance of existing landscaping and mature trees on site, a balance of internal wellness and social spaces along with generous external open communal spaces are&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;for all the residents and their guests. The development application has been lodged with Council.
