Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club and Watermark Residences now complete

The Watermark Residences at the Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club are now complete. Comprising 106 apartments alongside the new Chatswood Golf Clubhouse, the development establishes a new benchmark for golf course–integrated seniors living. A sinuous, five-storey, single-loaded apartment building is carefully embedded into the site’s natural escarpment, ensuring every residence enjoys uninterrupted views across the golf course. The project has already proven a strong sales success, with all three- and four-bedroom apartments sold off plan.
