Life3A's Director of Research, Nikki Beckman, has been re-appointed for a further two years as a Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA) Next Gen Ambassador. Nikki is one of 70 ambassadors, representing the diversity of young leaders working across Australia in professional aged services.
The aim of LASA Next Gen Council is to bring fresh and dynamic perspectives to attract, retain and develop passionate professionals to the aged care industry, and to identify support mechanisms necessary to lead the strategic, design and implementation of high performing, respected and sustainable aged services into the future.
Nikki said of this re-appointment, “I am extremely humbled and honored to be given this opportunity for a further two years. This is an extraordinary tribe of young leaders determined to grow the Aged Care sector in all the right places in a collegial culture of care, inclusion, diversity, purpose and entrepreneurship. We are ready to take action.”
Nikki will take up a position on the National Advisory Council as one of 18 national advisors as well as co-deputy chair the Workforce Attraction Committee.
