Based in Life3A’s Madrid studio, Martin brings extensive technical expertise and a strong knowledge of Spanish building regulations, local planning requirements and approval processes. His experience working closely with local authorities, consultants and contractors enables him to navigate complex regulatory and technical challenges throughout the development of a project.

With significant experience across all project stages, from planning and technical development through to construction and completion, Martin plays a key role in translating design intent into coordinated, compliant and buildable solutions.

His strong site experience, attention to technical detail and practical understanding of construction make him an important link between design teams, consultants, contractors and local authorities, helping projects progress efficiently from concept to delivery.
