Teresa Fernández de Arévalo

Teresa joined Life3A in 2019, progressing from Senior Associate to her current role as Associate Director. With more than 15 years of international experience across Madrid, Dublin and London, she began her career specialising in high-end residential architecture and interiors before developing her expertise in seniors living at Life3A.

Since joining the practice, Teresa has worked across projects in the UK, Australia and Southern Europe, developing a strong understanding of the evolving living sector, with a growing focus on emerging residential models including Flex Living.

Based in Madrid, Teresa plays a key role in Life3A’s growing portfolio across Southern Europe and currently leads the practice’s work in Italy for Guild Living. In this role, she provides strategic project oversight, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and manages key client relationships, helping to drive the successful delivery of considered and innovative living environments across the region.
