125Q is a landmark building in the heart of Auckland CBD. Life3A has delivered a state-of-the-art refit delivering A-grade quality through a mix of heritage and modern office space.

Retaining the historic façade, the exterior has been transformed into a modern tower including a unique LED screen wrapping around the street levels.

The design was developed to utilise permeable street networks that easily connect users to amenities.
