Life3A is proud to have designed the latest extension of RetireAustralia’s Arcadia retirement living community in Yeronga, Brisbane.

This project forms part of the broader Yeronga TAFE masterplan, led by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ)—a rare opportunity to contribute to a thoughtfully planned, integrated, and multigenerational precinct at the heart of an established inner-city neighbourhood, on the former TAFE site along Park Road.

Situated between Villa Street and Park Road, the new development will include 58 independent living apartments, offering sweeping views of Brisbane’s CBD to the north and the greenery of Yeronga Memorial Park to the south.

Our vision for this project is to shape a vibrant, inclusive retirement village that reflects our ‘ageing better in place’ design principles: promoting familiarity, wellbeing, legibility, distinctiveness, accessibility, comfort, and safety. Parkside Yeronga will nurture a safe, connected, and intergenerational community, defined by welcoming streetscapes and expansive, landscaped public spaces.
