Life3A has designed a small, manufactured homes estate of 35 homes in Avoca Beach on the Central Coast of NSW. The development took advantage of the site’s tourism zoning to allow the development application approval for a manufactured and relocatable homes estate. The project was approved by Council and is pending construction.
