The State Significant Development Application for a new seniors living, aged care, and golf clubhouse project at Cumberland Country Golf Club in western Sydney, submitted by Marchese Partners | Life3A, has been approved. The development comprises a new golf clubhouse with enhanced facilities and function rooms, 234 independent living units, and a 38-bed care hub, providing club members, future residents, and the wider community with improved access to the picturesque golf course setting.
