The Fancutt’s Tennis Centre site is a well-known and much-loved location with a 54-year history of operation, characterised by its lush, green setting.

At a macro scale, the design seeks to preserve the site’s park-like quality and maintain key view corridors toward the sky and the city skyline beyond. Retaining this axial connection respects the legacy of the Fancutts site while integrating the seniors living development sensitively within its urban context.

The project has been conceived as a catalyst for a vibrant new community, offering residents the benefits of a carefully considered and integrated design approach. Its city-fringe location, surrounded by an array of established amenities and services, ensures a high-quality living environment for decades to come.
