Gaynes Park Manor is a life care residential living community. The leading-edge dementia facility is home-like, encourages easy and natural social interaction, and promotes independence for all residents irrespective of their physical or cognitive condition. The 3-storey, 96 bed facility represents the latest research and understanding in the design of physical environments to support the elderly, particularly those with dementia.  

Life3A completed full architectural and interior design services for both stages of the project. It was awarded Best Silver Architecture in the Eldercare Innovation Awards in 2018 and won the Aged Care Award in the Urban Design Institute of Australia (SA Chapter) 2021 Awards of Excellence.
