Granville Place is located adjacent to Granville Railway Station, the development was conceptualised by Life3A as a true urban village, a place where residents can live, shop and play.

The development incorporates 712 apartments and over 6000m2 of retail space. Carefully designed to integrate into the context, the project responds to the human scale of the street through a series of panels and frames reminiscent of a traditional village street.
