Creating a new paradigm for later living in the UK

The objective of this project was to create a vibrant and inspiring seniors living destination in the historic city of Bath. Life3A has delivered a thoughtfully integrated mixed-use environment that enables residents to age in place with dignity, within a safe, supportive, and uplifting setting.

By weaving local history into the design, the project achieves a strong sense of identity through exceptional urban design and place-making. The amenity has been carefully conceived to remain open and welcoming, while also providing privacy and retreat for residents and members when required.

Our ageing better design principles are embedded throughout every aspect of the project, ensuring residents are supported to live with dignity, comfort, and respect as their needs evolve over time.
