A small housing estate of 30 homes was designed for a site in Dural northwest of Sydney. The site includes an area of remnant blue gum forest which was retained and incorporated into the design of subdivision. The housing estate was based on 400m2 lot sizes which could accommodate a series of contemporary two storey home designs were designed for the site.
