Designed by Life3A for IRT, this senior living development will comprise 75 Independent Living Apartments arranged around a central landscaped courtyard, providing shared amenity for residents and activating all key activity areas. The design encourages social interaction through strong visual and physical connections to the adjoining heritage-listed Pioneer Park, strengthening the relationship between the development and its surrounding context.

The external façade is enhanced by a series of Corten artwork panels by Mika Utzon Popov, adding a distinctive layer of artistic expression and material richness to the building’s architectural identity.
