La Moraleja in Madrid, is setting a new benchmark for Seniors Living in Spain. The project has been designed utilising Life3A’s global senior living experience and design principles and has lead to a marketing leading solution for this prestigious location.

The development incorporates 76 luxurious apartments and extensive resident amenity spaces. With spacious and light-filled interiors, each apartment also includes a balcony or terrace that offers a seamless connection to nature and the lush greenery of the surrounding environment.

The goal for the common areas, was to create spaces that foster interactions and connections. With dining and cocktail lounges, a wellness centre, plus an extensive library, cinema, and creative space, residents will have everything they need to relax, grow, and enjoy meaningful moments. Residents will also have access to a range of social activities, such as fitness and cooking classes, encouraging them to engage and contributing to their well-being.

At Life3A, we design spaces where seniors can thrive, offering a supportive and enriching environment tailored to their individual needs. Life3A completed the architecture and interior design for this project.
