The development comprises 76 luxurious apartments, each with spacious, light-filled interiors and a private balcony or terrace, providing a seamless connection to nature and the lush surrounding landscape. Extensive resident amenity spaces have been designed to enhance lifestyle and wellbeing.

Common areas are carefully crafted to foster social interaction and connection. Residents can enjoy dining and cocktail lounges, a wellness centre, an extensive library, a cinema, and creative spaces—all designed to support relaxation, personal growth, and meaningful engagement. A broad program of social activities, including fitness and cooking classes, further encourages participation and wellbeing.
