Life3A’s design for this 750m2 tenancy was planned to take best advantage of the side core and three sides of daylight offered by the floor plate. Open plan areas were arranged along the long glazed facade to maximise natural light, lines of sight and communication with offices and meeting rooms located centrally. An elongated entry foyer featured an integrated reception area, breakout island bar, and meeting rooms at either end. Finishes were deliberately ultra modern and timeless.
