An innovative concept for a seniors living and local tourist hub on a rural site in the Hunter Valley NSW. The project is to include 100 seniors living villas located amongst hobby vineyards, a central community building, and a local tourism hub including a motel, cellar door, wedding chapel, general store, restaurant café, and fuel station.
