Nestled in behind the canals and waterways of Broadbeach, the project consists of 32 high-end suites, built over 2 levels. All the suites are elevated and offer fantastic 180-degree views into the internally landscaped and curated gardens.

The designs encapsulate our latest Strategy and Research along with our ageing better design principles, with a house model consisting of 4 houses of 8 suites per house creating small intimate living groups.

Overall, the scale and position of the new RAC will add a new dimension and offering for Superior Care Group at their Merrimac Park site and provide an inspirational setting for its future residents.
