Mingara Hotel is situated within the Mingara Recreation Club precinct in Tumbi Umbi on the NSW Central Coast about 100 km from Sydney’s CBD.

 

The large site currently offers a variety of sporting, leisure, entertainment, wellness facilities, cafes, and restaurants and has more than 27,000 club members.

Life3A was engaged to design a contemporary hotel that will deliver a premium accommodation offering and an amazing user experience linked with the existing precinct facilities.

 

The project elevates the accommodation offering on the Central Coast and integrates with the club’s existing architecture and landscaping.
