This integrated seniors living and aged care development is located adjacent to the Mingara Recreation Club on the Central Coast of NSW.

The project comprises thirteen villa-style buildings, three multi-storey independent living unit (ILU) buildings, and a mixed-use high-care and ILU building, which also accommodates communal facilities and parking.
