Life3A’s design for the conversion of Minton House in Kings Cross involved the conversion of the existing 1930’s building into 30 commercial office suites. The concept for the project persevered the period character of the existing building and created a luxurious art deco inspired ambience, much like that of a boutique hotel. The addition of new panelling, beveled mirror panels, feature carpets, large ottomans and pendant lighting helped create refined and plush lobby and communal areas.
