Marchese Partners | Life3A have partnered with Valeo Construction to deliver the documentation for a new mixed-use development at 400 Johnston Street, Abbotsford, in inner city Melbourne. The building features two levels of commercial and retail spaces, along with 46 apartments spread across eight floors. To the northwest, residents will enjoy views over Victoria Park, the original home of the Collingwood Magpies, while to the south, the apartments offer uninterrupted vistas of the Melbourne city skyline and the Yarra River.

The nine-storey building enjoys an enviable position in one of Melbourne’s most desirable urban fringes, offering easy access to expansive green spaces, a vibrant cultural scene, and exceptional public transport connections. With a range of one, two, and three-bedroom residences, the development caters to various lifestyle needs, featuring thoughtfully designed spaces. New Johnston’s exteriors and interiors retain Abbotsford’s industrial character, while delivering sophisticated and sustainable living situations. The building’s exterior is inspired by the surrounding warehouse style, combining concrete, red brick, metal details, and balustrading.

Marchese Partners | Life3A are completing the design development and full construction documentation for the project. The concept design and planning permit was completed by MA& Co and interior design concept are by Zunica.
