Life3A has designed a 4,000m2 commercial building in southern Sydney suburb of Carlton. The building will house a client’s own IT business. Located close to Carlton railway station the building is well serviced by public transport but will also have 3 levels of basement accommodating 94 car spaces. The building is currently under construction and is due for completion in early 2024.
