Strawberry Fields won the 2025 IRC Scheme of the Year at the Health Investor Awards.

This integrated retirement community comprises 147 units and is complemented by a range of shared amenity spaces. A key focus of the design process was the delivery of high standards of sustainable design. Located adjacent to a countryside park, the village creates a seamless connection between the existing Stapleford community and the surrounding green space.

Construction of Strawberry Fields in South Cambridgeshire, UK, is already underway. The first apartment building was handed over to Rangeford Retirement Villages in late January 2025, with full completion anticipated by the end of 2025.
