Our client ISPT’s brief for a large vacant commercial tenancy in North Ryde was to create a new version of a traditional call centre business. The design needed to focus on a new way of working positioning the double storey space that could include various working options for any potential occupant. Emphasis was placed on creating a connection to the proposed new lobby cafe and landscaping areas outside the tenancy and using large scale biophilic landscaping elements to enhance the workplace environment. Innovative industrial lighting was incorporated to bring drama to the ceiling and combined with exposed services highlighted the industrial nature of the base building.
