The Zhengzhou project is situated in the heart of the Zhengzhou Central Business District, on the current site of the University for Chinese Medicines, which is preparing to relocate to a new campus.

As part of a Joint Venture with an Australian developer, Life3A was engaged to deliver an innovative design solution for the prominent 400,000m² site.

The Life3A concept envisions a landmark, fully integrated development comprising 80,000m² of riverfront retail, an iconic 50-storey commercial tower, 260,000m² of seniors living apartments, and a 25,000m² state-of-the-art care facility. The project is designed to seamlessly combine lifestyle, wellness, and care facilities while connecting residents to the vibrancy of the CBD.

The masterplan incorporates plazas, boulevards, walkways, key pedestrian connections, and parks to create a dynamic urban village. The vision was unanimously endorsed by the University Board, reflecting the project’s innovative approach to integrated living and urban design.
