Frank brings over 25 years of experience delivering high-profile projects across the mixed-use, residential, seniors living, and aged care sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. He plays a key role in our global retirement living leadership team, where he helps shape and influence the design of projects worldwide.

A recognised advocate and leader in the sector, Frank has spoken nationally and internationally on the delivery of age-friendly and dementia-friendly housing. His deep understanding of the sector allows him to add real value to projects while upholding design excellence.

Frank is a Committee Member for the Property Council Industry – Retirement Living Committee, QLD. The committee represents the interests of the seniors living sector, including advising on policy development and advocacy in Queensland. It also supports the Retirement Living Council on national policy issues.
