Planning Application Lodged for Verney Estate

Life3A has recently completed the DA application for a new retirement village in Brisbane for long-term client Retire Australia. The unique site is located along the Brisbane River in a leafy and affluent suburb of Graceville. Comprising of three new ILA buildings surrounding two heritage-listed buildings, Verney house and stables. This development offers 101 large Independent Living Apartments along with 10 Care Suites. It will allow the residents to age in place and for a continuum of care to be provided on-site.

In addition to the abundance of existing landscaping and mature trees on site, a balance of internal wellness and social spaces along with generous external open communal spaces are proposed for all the residents and their guests. The development application has been lodged with Council. We are hopeful for a smooth code assessable approval process and positive outcome by later this year.
